Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your order! Our owner Helen oversees all Returns and Exchanges, feel free to reach out to her anytime at Info@Talltique.com.
Full Priced Merchandise: can be returned for a refund (less shipping) or store credit, or exchanged for another item/size/color of equal value.
Sale or Discounted Merchandise: can only be returned for a store credit. We do not offer refunds on sale or discounted merchandise.
Super Sale Merchandise: is FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges.
To be eligible for a Return or Exchange, merchandise must be shipped back to Talltique within 14 days of the customer first receiving the item(s), and the item(s) must be unworn with original tickets. Store credit will be given for any items received after the 14 days.
Returns: If you would like to return your item(s) please let Helen know by emailing Info@Talltique.com, and then ship them back to us. Once received, we will issue you a refund or store credit as appropriate. You will be notified via email. Please note, refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item(s) please let Helen know by emailing Info@Talltique.com, and then ship them back to us. Once received, we will cover the shipping to send your new item(s) back to you. You can also reach out to Helen to request a store credit.

Talltique cannot be held responsible for return/exchange shipping related issues, or for merchandise that does not arrive back to us.
